The Ranch is the perfect place for your upcoming event, whether it be an overnight experience or an afternoon celebration.  Let us help customize a package to suit your vision.  Enjoy our very own up north lodge as you celebrate your special occasion with loved ones.  The rustic charm and quaintness provide a unique and comfortable atmosphere for all to enjoy.  Come, gather and celebrate.

Depending on time of year and size of party we also offer outdoor space and our pavilion area.  We are happy to share details and discuss amenity specifics upon request.  The following are some of our most popular packages to help get you started.

Family Reunions

Family Reunions are our specialty because there is something for everyone at the Ranch!  Adults can share laughs and memories while the kids enjoy ample room to run and explore.  The ticket to a successful family reunion is simple: when the kids are happy, everyone is happy.

Each family has its own unique vision, which is why all packages are fully customizable.  The packages below are here to give you an idea of base rates and where to start when planning:

Family Renunion Packages

Package A

  • Base rate of $600
  • Required Rental of all 14 guest rooms (2 night minimum for weekend stays)
  • Camping sites are available to rent, if desired
  • *Events lodge available to rent $200 for a 3-hour block
  • *Outside caterers permitted ($150 flat rate)
  • *Complimentary use of covered pavilion area
  • *Guests welcome to provide their own food in pavilion area
  • *Wristbands available for $10/ea for additional visitors not staying onsite

Package B

  • Base rate of $450
  • Required Rental of 4-13 guest rooms (2 night minimum for weekend stays)
  • Camping sites are available to rent, if desired
  • *Events lodge available to rent $200 for a 3-hour block
  • *Complimentary use of covered pavilion area
  • *Outside caterers permitted ($150 flat rate)
  • *Guests welcome to provide their own food in pavilion area
  • Wristbands available for $10/ea for additional visitors not staying onsite

A-la-Carte Add-ons

The following list is to give you an idea as to some of the activities you could add-on to either package, please inquire about specific requests if not listed:

  • Horse-drawn hayride
  • Trail rides (4 person minimum required to book)
  • River trips: Canoeing, kayaking and river tubing (Challenge: Moderate; not for the timid or those fearful of getting wet)
  • Buckaroo barnyard horse rides (ages 3-7, parent led)
  • Hangin with Horses, a parent and child experience with horses ‘click here’ to learn more (4 pair minimum required to book)
  • Kids fishing challenge
  • Ice cream sundae bar

Say “I do” in the heart of God’s country, right here at the Ranch. 

Gather with loved ones and celebrate as you begin your next chapter together.  The Wedding Packages below are fully customizable, as each bride and groom have their own unique style and vision.  They’re listed to give you an idea of base rates and where to start when planning.

Wedding Packages

Wedding Package A

A Weekend Long Celebration, Our Most Popular Wedding Package
Base Rate of $6,400 includes the following:

  • Outdoor Ceremony Space
  • Use of Events Lodge on Ceremony Day with tables and chairs available to seat approximately 100 people
  • Use of Our Covered Pavilion Area for Guest Gathering  (you can bring your own food into this area throughout weekend, if desired)
  • Use of Our Bunkhouse (main floor, not to be used for overnight accommodation) for Bridal Party Gathering and a Space to get Ready
  • An Overnight Guest Room for the Bride and Groom

To Be Noted on This Package:

  • The rental of all 14 guest rooms is required (2 night minimum for weekend stays)
  • Camping sites are available to rent, in season, if desired
  • Outside Caterers are Permitted for a Flat Rate of $150 per day
  • All Beverages to be Purchased Through the Ranch
  • Ranch Provided Wedding Coordinator will assist with wedding details including the ordering of additional tables, chairs, linens, glassware, tent and so forth as needed or requested (rental prices apply)
  • This package includes reception seating for up to 100 people. For more than 100 people you would need to rent additional tables and chairs.
  • This package is priced at up to 200 guests. If you have 201-350 guests an additional flat rate of $600 applies.

Wedding Package B

A Day to Remember, Our Single Day Wedding Package (available Mondays-Fridays) Base Rate of $3,600 includes the following:
  • Outdoor Ceremony Space
  • Use of Events Lodge with Tables and Chairs available to seat approximately 100 people
To Be Noted on This Package:
  • Covered Pavilion Area Available to Rent
  • Bunkhouse Available to Rent, for lodging or as a space for bridle party to gather and get ready
  • Up to 14 guest rooms available to rent for overnight accommodation, if needed
  • Camping sites available to rent, in season, if needed
  • Outside Caterers are Permitted for a flat rate of $150 per day
  • All Beverages to be Purchased Through Ranch
  • Ranch Provided Wedding Coordinator will assist with wedding details including the ordering of additional tables, chairs, linens, glassware, tent and so forth as needed or requested (rental process apply)

Birthday Parties

Birthdays are big fun on the ranch!

We love helping people celebrate their birthdays!  We host both kids parties and adult parties and have also done many milestone birthdays- 1st birthdays, 50th birthdays, 75th birthdays, “golden birthdays”…all ages are special to celebrate!

Particularly for adults, many know what they are looking for or hoping to have.  From dinners to appetizers, daytime parties to evening celebrations, family gatherings to adult only parties…anything is possible.  Some incorporate hayrides or river trips, some keep it just food and festivities; once we better understand what you are hoping to achieve we can put together a package to suit your needs.

Due to the nature of the Ranch, horse themed parties are wildly popular for children’s parties. 

  • Buckaroo Birthdays (ages 3-8 years)
    • Parent led barnyard horse rides on our horse camp horses (closed toe shoes required)
    • A meal in the Events Lodge, either a pizza party or a wild west theme with hot dogs and sides
  • Horse Lover’s Birthday Party (ages 8-18)
    • 1 hour trail ride (closed toe shoes required)
    • A meal in our Events Lodge, either a pizza party or wild west theme with hot dogs and sides
  • Hayride Birthday Party (all ages, child through adult)
    • Approximately 40 minute horse-drawn hayride
    • A meal in our Events Lodge, pizza party or appetizers or reach out for alternative menu options.

To be noted on Party Packages:

– We can host a variety of party themes, even without horses, we have listed the horse parties because that is the drawing card for most. We have hosted carnival themes, race car parties, spa parties and more.

– Prices are based on your number of people, number of horses required and menu selections among other factors.  Please reach out directly for a party package price.

– We require a minimum of 4 party-goers to book a party.  Maximum numbers will vary depending on selected theme.

– We require a $200 non-refundable deposit to book the date.  This amount will be applied to your final bill which will be due on party day.

– All horse activities require closed toe shoes by all participants

– For the Buckaroo Birthday and Horse Lover’s Birthday Packages there is an available Horse Interaction add-on that includes meeting a horse and some hands on time with them such as grooming and learning about them.  Price determined by number of people and number of horses, please inquire if interested.
