Our Horse Camp Philosophy

Horses are the heart of our business, and nothing gives us greater pleasure than being able to work with both horses and children.  We truly believe that everything about horses is good for children-and for adults for that matter.  In working with horses we gain confidence, build resilience, increase our communication skills and get a better understanding of what it means when we hear the phrase hard work pays off.  In the barn we are allowed time to unplug and enjoy the right here and right now and the simplicity of what childhood should be.  We gather, maybe first as strangers, but walk away friends and with the knowledge of knowing what a barn family is, what it means to be a part of something and what it means to love a horse.

In a world that doesn’t always play fair and at a time where some children struggle with fitting in, finding their place or dealing with outside stressors we want to give all children a place to gather and learn a new skill, find a new passion or build a new friendship and we welcome all children to start this journey with us.

We offer a multitude of horse camps for children from 4 to 16 years old.  Please read on below to learn more about the specific camps.  We are very proud of the programs we offer, the staff we have and the horses who help us bring it all together in the most positive and uplifting way.
